Returns & Exchanges

Kith offers returns on select products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and collaborative items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit the Kith Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the provided return shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
